Marketing Project Manager
Purpose of the role
We're looking for a highly organized and versatile marketing contractor to support our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for managing marketing projects with a focus on providing full-funnel support for our app, helping to manage our owned online business and assisting with various ad hoc requests. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities (including strong slide building skills). This role is a 1 year fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (40%):

Own communications with global and regional teams on reporting, sharing learnings & best practices and new launches for the owned online business

Scale and execute global owned online initiatives (inclusive of landing page development, regional tests, etc)

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies.

Manage internal newsletters (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) updates to keep stakeholders informed on seasonal campaign performance and initiatives.

Align with other channel owners on the acquisitions team to identify growth opportunities within our owned online channels
App Program Management Support (40%):

Contribute to the planning and execution of app-specific marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering) to ensure alignment and effective execution of app marketing strategies.

Manage monthly internal newsletter updates to keep stakeholders informed on app program performance and initiatives.
Ad Hoc Support (20%):

Provide flexible support for a variety of ad hoc requests, such as:

Localization of marketing materials
.Qualifications, Skills + Experience
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, and a proven track record in these key areas, ideally from within a large organisation or consultancy.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Strong understanding of the marketing landscape

Proven experience in a product marketing role, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and go-to-market strategy

Outstanding project management skills; results focused with superb execution and follow-through, and highly attentive to detail.

Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem solve, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment.

Ability to work independently but also well with a team to drive work forward.

Proven success in working with cross-functional teams and external parties.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and strong analytical skills.

Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
