Position Title: Technical Sales Representative - Beijing
Responsibilities
- Within an assigned and/or specific geographic area
- Maintain existing users, ensure the smooth use of the company's products, improve the satisfaction of old users;
- Deliver product advantages and promote new therapies to medical staff, assist dealers to expand product coverage and increase product market share to meet or exceed sales targets;
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from products and/or services
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
- Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
Must Have
- Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine/device/marketing is preferred
- At least 2 or 3 years sales experience in hospital equipment, consumables, medicine with foreign company background. Sales experience in renal and blood purification field is preferred
- Familiar with hospital bidding process and have successful development experience
- Strong willingness to learn and dedicated working attitude
- Good communication and coordination skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
- Have a good sense of teamwork
