Junior Internal Auditor

The Junior Internal Auditor will support the Internal Audit Manager  in the ongoing enterprise and process-based risk assessments and assist executing the Annual Audit Plan Risk Based and the Annual Sox/Internal control plan, providing assurance on the adequacy of the internal control system. 

The Junior Internal Auditor  will support through Internal Audit Manager guidance the assistance of various functions in the improvement of processes and the overall compliance with best practices, internal policies, laws and regulations.

The function will assist verifying that the Group Companies transactions and related behaviors are performed according to laws (when required) and to Group/Companies Document System as well as support the Function in the identification of the proper controls to prevent fraud and control embezzlement.

Essential Functions

•    Ensure the timely and accurate completion of the assigned audit work;
•    Prepare and execute work programs to evaluate the design and the implementation of the control environment over the processes under review, to share with the Responsible;
•    Identify and prevent major business risks;
•    Participate in developing internal audit reports;
•    Execute follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions, where necessary.
•    Perform SOX/Internal Control over different business unit and region

Decision Making Authority

The position works following Internal Audit Manager instructions .
Tasks are reviewed by IA Manager  prior to delivery

Requirements:

•    Graduated in Accounting/Finance/Economics and Management;
•    Master's degree in Internal Audit is a plus;
•    1-2 years experience as auditor; 
•    Fluent knowledge of English;
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and ability to leverage data analysis;
•    Excellent Communication skills and ability to be concise in sharing information with operative audiences;
•    Attitude to work in a multicultural environment and availability to travel;
•    Knowledge of SAP is highly preferred;
•    Experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing areas is a plus;
•    Experience in a chemical Company or in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus
