Account Executive
Purpose of the job

The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with our clients, suppliers and internal contacts delivering services professionally, to specifications and on time in line with client SLA’s. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions.
Ideally, we require a candidate with commercial Print, Point of Sale and Promotional Merchandise experience. They will be required to remain in contact with suppliers and clients and will be responsible for taking ownership of the relationship and developing it further. The Account Executive will be required to negotiate costings and timescales for each job and selecting the most appropriate supplier.
This role will be hybrid home working, but travel to the client’s site may be required up to once per month, so location near to Manchester, East Midlands or Southampton Airports would be favourable.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Account Managers
- Provide technical input and advice on Print, Point of Sale and Promotional Merchandise projects as required
- Take briefs from the client and ensure requirements such as specification and critical dates are captured
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients
- Brief suppliers on client requirements
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification, on time and in line with client SLA’s and on budget
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global’s services and pass details on to the client
- Implement new methods and procedures as required
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed and done on time
- Support with monthly MI reporting and client recharging
- Manage and fulfil client expectations
- Manage day to day operational requirements
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Experience in a client facing role is essential (client on-site experience preferable)
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on commercial Print, Point of Sale and Promotional Merchandise is preferred
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience of finding solutions
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong administration skills and data input skills
- Is professional, courteous and calm under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft office is essential
