Marketing Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Guide APAC through our Client’s new marketing framework.

Be the Champion of the new marketing process within the APAC Regional and Local Teams advocating in partnership with the ambassadors to ensure successful implementation.

Identify cross functional gaps and build new processes, procedures, methods, tests, and/or components with foresight to anticipate and address issues between the Global framework and Regional/Local implementation of the framework.

Example: Implementation of 5Cs within local Teams

Be the first point of contact for the Global framework. Be responsible for representing questions from APAC Ambassadors on the processes, training and align with framework Global Program Manager on prioritization of gaps in the framework.

Responsible for taking Global and Regional trainings and building Local versions to operationalize framework implementation across Regional and Local Teams.

APAC point of contact on ensuring regional and local teams provide framework feedback at the right time inclusive of all marketing surveys. Ensure feedback is synthesized for common themes and prioritized.

Identify and highlight opportunities to automate or utilize AI to streamline the way we work and how we work cross functionally.

Manage parts of the new framework that are still of ambiguous nature involving cross-functional stakeholders by defining and streamlining new processes and organizing tasks into clear goals and objectives.
