Realisation Director
Purpose of the role
The Realisation Director will be responsible for leading a client specific transformation project within HH Global that will sit alongside and transition into business-as-usual activity. This will include identifying and driving change proactively with senior stakeholders within each client business unit against a client level strategy roadmap. The transformation will include both internal and external change management, a strong communication style to support the building of a community focused on POS product development and harmonisation.
As the owner of the transformation activities within this long-standing key client, the Realisation Director will naturally immerse themselves in our clients' sales and shopper marketing communities initially across Europe to deliver against a refreshed vision. Working in collaboration with the BAU team, and leading a newly created team of six dedicated resources, and co-ordinating with the wider HH Global support teams to take a leading FMCG client on a program of change, documenting progress and identifying future opportunities.
A proven experience across in-store shopper touchpoints is key in supporting local conversations and the successful candidate should also demonstrate project and change management successes.
Reporting into the Global Account Director, and working collaboratively with the BAU Regional Account Director, the role will lead the way in delivering against a best-in-class operating programme that enables client satisfaction, drives further business growth, reduces cost, enables operational efficiently and data-led evidence to unlock continuous value for our client.
Candidates will have either senior agency experience or consultancy experience, preferably both, within the FMCG, retail and/or beverage industries with a proven track record for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and change management. Experience in FMCG Retail POS designs and strong client facing and presentation skills are essential as is a strategic brain and the ability to question the norm and look outside the box.
You will be a confident ‘self-starter’ with excellent communication, relationship building and organisational skills.
Key responsibilities
Key deliverables for the Realisation Director role in year one areas follows:
- Create a partnership relationship with client stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with the BAU, transformation and HH Global internal support teams and SME’s to deliver against the client program roadmap
- Aligned to Senior Shopper/Trade Marketing stakeholders to sell in and lead the alignment to commercial and process improvement plans
- Identify opportunities supported by business cases to drive efficiency, speed and quality
- Responsibility for the regional transformation programme to be undertaken with our client, balancing the different levels of maturity and pace-requirements within each market
- Provide programme delivery governance, expertise and reporting as part of the client engagement team
- Manage the realisation team which will be responsible for client-specific harmonisation strategy, data programme and sustainability policy and programme
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Substantial experience managing client relationships across shopper marketing and procurement across Europe
- Proven and extensive client experience within the FMCG/retail industries
- In-depth operational experience delivering services to clients
- Strong Point of Sale 3D display production experience
- Significant experience of working with multi-tiered stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering transformational change programmes
- Our ideal candidate will also have an intuitive understanding of agency operations and be able to direct strategy and work with the agency teams

- Strong presentation skills, ability to present convincingly to a senior audience
