PPC Manager

Location: Sheffield (3 days in the office)

35 hours p/w, permanent

Salary: £40,000 to £42,000

Role overview:

Working globally across all Tes B2B and B2C products, the PPC Marketing Manager will be responsible for PPC campaign activity to support overall nurture, acquisition, engagement and retention of B2B and B2C customers and candidates. This will comprise the creation and management of all PPC activity, management of the PPC marketing executive, reporting and continuous optimisation.

The role will cover PPC digital campaigns, working across both search and social media platforms, and will work alongside the wider Digital Marketing function to support inbound traffic that ultimately drives new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise, deliver, and optimise the Tes PPC strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing and wider Marketing colleagues on PPC and paid campaign creation.
  • Advise Marketing Managers on PPC approaches that support their campaigns.
  • PPC campaign delivery.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of key KPIs and analysis to drive optimisation.
  • Share learnings back to the business that can enable future business growth.
  • Manage, support and mentor the PPC Executive to enable the strongest PPC operation.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow marketing professionals to support overall Marketing objectives.
  • Build positive, empathetic, and respectful relationships with all colleagues.
  • Always look for the learnings in our results that we can share.

Qualification and Experience

  • Previous experience in managing PPC operations.
  • Experience of working in international and multi-product environments.
  • Previous experience of managing people.
  • Understanding and experience of tracking, analysis, reporting, and ROI
  • Proven track record of scheduling/working on various types of campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Must have excellent written English and verbal skills.
