PURPOSE OF JOB: |
The Sales Player Manager will play a dual role of leading sales initiatives while managing a team to drive significant business growth for Bytes International in Ireland. This position requires a hands-on leader who can actively engage in client acquisition, manage key accounts, and build a robust sales strategy. This role is designed to transition into the Ireland Country Manager position, overseeing comprehensive business operations and representing Bytes’ interests in the Irish market. The ideal candidate will leverage their leadership, sales acumen, and industry expertise to build and scale the organisation in Ireland, positioning it as a leader in managed services and technology solutions, specially building key relationships with Microsoft and HPE within the region. |
