A full on-boarding and training programme has been developed with areas of knowledge and tasks broken down into levels of difficulty to ensure expectations are clear. This will be reviewed consistently, and progression discussed on a weekly basis. For the first 6 months leading to probation, monthly objectives will be set in writing and recorded in the training plan once on-boarding is complete |
