PURPOSE OF JOB:

This role sits within the Purchasing Team, coordinating Product and SKU management. This aspect involves coordinating product development processes and managing SKUs to ensure efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a background in product coordination and inventory management, with excellent communication and analytical skills.

 

Additional tasks for the role may include assisting the Purchasing Team with daily procurement, ensuring that orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Entry:

  • Enter data efficiently and accurately within specified timescales.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.

Product Coordination:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritise product requirements.
  • Maintain and update product documentation and specifications.
  • Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch.

SKU Management:

  • Monitor and manage SKU data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement SKU management processes and best practices.
  • Analyse SKU performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure proper SKU categorisation and organisation through Taxonomy.

Procurement Management:

  • Raise purchasing orders.
  • Chase order confirmations and estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
  • Obtain fulfilments and proof of deliveries (PODs).
  • Analyse stock levels and trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Vendor and Operations teams to align product and SKU strategies.
  • Participate in regular meetings to update stakeholders on product and SKU status.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in product coordination and SKU management.
