Senior Product Marketing Manager
Altrata is a leading B2B SaaS company that delivers people intelligence to companies all over the world.
To ensure a successful launch and to effectively migrate and update existing customers to this innovative platform, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, messaging refinement, and sales enablement support. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless rollout, high adoption, and strong revenue impact.
About the Role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will take ownership of positioning, GTM strategy, and customer evolution efforts, ensuring the new platform resonates with both existing and new enterprise customers. This individual will work closely with an external agency delivering detailed personas and buyer journeys, engaging creative assets and a dedicated sales enablement team.
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on delivering clear messaging, powerful sales enablement, and a seamless customer transition to the new platform.
Key Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Product Launch Execution
· Own and execute the GTM strategy for the new enterprise platform, ensuring alignment with the rest of marketing, sales, and client success teams.
· Ensure strong internal alignment across teams for a successful product introduction to the market.
· Leverage external persona and buyer journey research to refine value propositions and tailor messaging to different segments.
· Partner with the copywriter to develop compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers and executive search firms.
· Work with external agencies and internal teams to develop launch campaigns, thought leadership content, and high-impact marketing assets.
2. Customer Migration Strategy & Execution
· Develop and execute a strategic customer migration plan to ensure a smooth transition from legacy products to the new platform.
· Leverage budget plus internal resources for interactive demos, videos, infographics, and data visualizations to simplify complex information and create excitement.
· Collaborate with client success teams to address concerns, overcome objections, and ensure retention throughout the migration process.
· Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate and optimize the migration experience.
3. Sales Enablement & Training Influence
· Work closely with the dedicated sales enablement team to ensure they have the right positioning, battle cards, and sales tools to train teams effectively.
· Provide ongoing competitive intelligence, buyer insights, and key messaging frameworks to help sales communicate value.
· Ensure sales enablement materials reflect the most current personas and buyer journeys developed by external partners.
· Influence the sales enablement team by bringing customer and market insights, training needs, and field feedback into enablement strategies.
4. Content & Creative Asset Utilization
· Maximize the impact of the creative resources by ensuring assets such as interactive demos, videos, and infographics align with key messaging and GTM initiatives.
· Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-impact materials for the website, email campaigns, and social media.
· Ensure all creative assets are strategically deployed across multiple channels for maximum engagement and adoption impact.
5. Competitive & Market Intelligence
· Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to refine positioning and equip sales with clear differentiation strategies.
· Monitor market trends and customer insights to ensure the platform remains compelling and relevant to enterprise buyers.
· Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, campaign effectiveness, and market penetration strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
· 6-8 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, tech industries.
· Strong track record of leading GTM strategies for new product launches.
· Experience with customer migration and change management in a SaaS environment.
· Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills, with the ability to turn complex data-driven solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
· Strong experience working with personas, customer journeys, and competitive research, and the ability to evolve insights over time.
· Demonstrated success in supporting sales enablement, training programs, and competitive positioning.
· Proven ability to collaborate with agencies, designers, and video producers to create impactful marketing materials.
· Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, or analytics platforms.
