Position Overview:

The Training and HR Coordinator will support our manufacturing operations by managing employee training scheduling and supporting the recruitment processes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the effective onboarding, development, and retention of talent within our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination:

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans for manufacturing staff.
  • Design, schedule, and ensure the facilitation of training sessions, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training activities, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate and provide reporting on the timeliness and the effectiveness of training programs through obtaining assessments and feedback, partnering to make improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative training methods to enhance employee learning experiences.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience in training coordination and/or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of effective training methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
