Position Overview:
The Training and HR Coordinator will support our manufacturing operations by managing employee training scheduling and supporting the recruitment processes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the effective onboarding, development, and retention of talent within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination:
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training plans for manufacturing staff.
- Design, schedule, and ensure the facilitation of training sessions, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing skill development for existing employees.
- Maintain accurate records of employee training activities, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate and provide reporting on the timeliness and the effectiveness of training programs through obtaining assessments and feedback, partnering to make improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative training methods to enhance employee learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in training coordination and/or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of effective training methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
