Marketing Operations Manager, 1 Year Contract

The Role 

Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in the driving of marketing initiatives and processes, calendar, and creation of deliverables. The position calls for a passionate individual with strong organizational and project management skills - well-organized, structured and results & solutions oriented, who drives operational efficiency and can build relationships in cross functional teams.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project governance structure: Establish a methodology to ensure projects run smoothly, within budget and on time. Manage a centralized tracking tool and share project management reports with stakeholders.
  • Streamline and automate processes: Improve marketing operations performance by establishing, communicating, and reinforcing our team's processes and finding ways to automate operations and workflows.
  • Execute and analyze marketing programs for customer segments through a variety of channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, direct mail and account-based marketing tactics focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline
  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and progression: support project progression by guiding efficient communication between team members and involving the right people at the right time.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure deliverables meet expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Develops marketing operations processes, agendas, tools to drive team productivity and enable best in class deliverables
  • Manage daily operations in marketing CRM system and automate marketing processes through workflows and integrated tools.
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking marketing efforts

Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of full-time marketing experience
  • Fluently in English: high proficiency level speaking, listening, reading and writing
  • Strong organizational, project management and technical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot
  • Good understanding of CSM/CRM
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics
