AIKI Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring an AIKI Team Lead for 2nd Shift at our Ridgeway, SC, Location.

Schedule: 1pm to 9:30p Monday - Friday (Overtime, extended shift and weekend work required)

Skill Level: E

Compensation: $23.50

*includes $1.25 shift differential

THE ROLE

The AIKI Lead works with the Operations Supervisor to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals for the AIKI department. This position will also be cross-trained to cover all jobs within the AIKI Department.

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively monitors and directs the daily activities of the AIKI Department
• Cover vacant or absent positions within the AIKI department.

• Record data on the metric board and present data daily to the leadership team as needed
• Maintain a clean work area per established 5 "S" criteria.

• Delegate work duties within the AIKI department
• Assist other operators in ensuring the timely shipment of product
• Partners with Quality, Scheduling, and Engineering to ensure the timely and orderly flow of materials

INTERNAL ELIGIBILITY

• No active disciplinary notices for behavior or performance
• No more than three attendance points
• At least one year of experience in Manufacturing, preferably at Isola

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS

• In this role you maybe be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift and with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
