Responsibilities

Develops, integrates and provides account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data, point-of sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.
Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.
Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand. Analyzes internal demand stream information and categorizes according to demand patterns.
Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
Drives reconciliation of Financial and Operations plans.
Leads Regional IBP Process

Drive regional Portfolio management including PIPO communications and system set up.
Manage regional inventory of portfolio with focus on balancing proper service and growth needs with optimization of investment.
Responsible for proper Master Data management with regular reporting of accuracy.
Drive KPI Management and reporting for Supply and Service areas of business with expectations to meet or exceed.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within supply chain and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting Line: Senior Supply Chain Manager, Demand Planning, Mozarc Global with dotted line reporting to Head of APAC or APAC SCM Manager

Must Have

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Expertise in advanced Supply Chain / Demand Planning systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executive leadership
Native level Japanese fluency
Business level or above English fluency
Citizen / resident status or work permit in Japan
