The Lead Generation Manager plays a pivotal role in driving high-quality prospects into the sales pipeline through the architecting and execution of sophisticated lead generation and nurturing programs. This role demands a tactical thinker with a keen analytical mind, adept at translating data-driven insights into impactful marketing strategies. The specialist is instrumental in partnering to define and refine the Go-To-Market approach, ensuring alignment with targeted ideal customer profiles and maximizing conversion rates. Excellent knowledge of Hubspot will be a key to the success of this role.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Nurturing

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to generate and nurture leads. Identifying and prioritizing high-intent prospects for the sales team is crucial in this role. The focus is on creating a sustainable pipeline of quality leads that can be effectively converted into sales.

Data-Driven Optimization

Analyze lead data and website traffic to continuously refine digital and email marketing campaigns. The aim is to enhance performance and maximize ROI. The specialist must leverage analytics to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring that campaigns are consistently optimized for better results.

Prospect Engagement & Retargeting

Track prospect website interactions and develop sophisticated retargeting strategies. Guiding prospects through the sales funnel and driving conversions is a primary responsibility. The manager must be skilled at creating engagement plans that keep prospects interested and moving towards a purchase decision.

Campaign Performance & Sales Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing comprehensive sales reporting within Salesforce. This empowers the sales team with actionable insights. The manager must ensure that the reporting is accurate, timely, and useful for the sales team's decision-making processes.

In summary, the Lead Generation Specialist is a critical player in driving sales growth through strategic lead generation and nurturing programs. Required Competencies for the Role

Understanding of the Financial Market Space

A strong grasp of financial markets is essential. This encompasses knowledge of various financial instruments, market trends, regulatory environments, and economic factors that influence market movements.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Hubspot or similar marketing systems is crucial. This includes the ability to manage campaigns, analyze data, automate marketing processes, and optimize lead generation efforts.

Expertise in SalesForce is equally important. Competencies should include managing sales pipelines, creating reports, customizing dashboards, and integrating SalesForce with other tools for enhanced functionality.

Ability to Work with Sales Leaders

The role involves direct collaboration with sales leaders to refine strategies and efforts. This requires the ability to understand their objectives, gather and analyze feedback, and continuously improve processes to meet sales targets effectively.

English Language Communication Skills

Exceptional communication skills in English are necessary for articulating ideas clearly, drafting reports, presenting findings, and facilitating smooth interactions within the team and with external stakeholders.
