MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
- Not limited to assisting sales internal clients but also to interact, adapt & assist various escalations and needs which might be beyond of your general work scope
- Suggest, incorporate and take necessary actions proactively in order to elevate your service level through clients' perspective to enhance customer satisfaction as part of APAC team in Mozarc
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a point of first contact from external & other departments for your internal clients, and relay necessary items & matters to sales people (Sales Operations)
- Taking orders, checking content of orders, prepare quotations, and prepare other necessary documents for sales activities
- Other administrative matters handling relating to the above tasks
- Be involved and take part in projects for business process improvement / service level elevation / process efficiency
- Project management, business process improvement planning for internal client satisfaction
- Customer Care - handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting
- Rebate Calculation - daily for distributors mainly
- Sales Incentive Management - framework, implementation and data provision
- Analyze necessary sales related data and provide insights & suggestion for necessary matters & projects
- Channel Management for multiple sales sources
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
MUST:
- Bachelor's degree or above level degree holder
- Possesses high interpersonal communication skill (Smooth and close communication with Sales, Distributors, relevant internal departments), sales operations experience or relevant business experience required
- Language: Native level Japanese and business level English proficiency are required
- PC skill necessary(Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have valid working permit in Japan or citizenship is required
Nice to have :
- Client oriented and a team player
- Problem solving ability & analytical skill
- Medical device industry experience, or any medical industry experience is a plus
- Good & efficient project management skill
- Willingness & ability to always improve and achieve better quality service
